Return & Refund Policy

At Ask Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day check warranty with product/laptop exchange if a genuine problem occurs with the laptop.

Conditions for Return & Refund:

  • The laptop must be returned in its original condition with all accessories.

  • The warranty covers hardware or performance issues not caused by misuse.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation of the issue.

Warranty Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The laptop is physically opened, burned, or tampered with.

  • There is no display due to screen damage or internal burning.

  • The issue is caused by accidental damage, power surge, or liquid exposure.

We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the above criteria.
