At Ask Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day check warranty with product/laptop exchange if a genuine problem occurs with the laptop.
Conditions for Return & Refund:

The laptop must be returned in its original condition with all accessories.

The warranty covers hardware or performance issues not caused by misuse.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation of the issue.
Warranty Will Not Be Accepted If:

The laptop is physically opened, burned, or tampered with.

There is no display due to screen damage or internal burning.

The issue is caused by accidental damage, power surge, or liquid exposure.
We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the above criteria.
